Good evening
After formatting my pc I have decide to Premiere Pro (former user of Vegas Pro), so I tried to edit some clips of cs (I play 4:3 stretched to 16:10) and impossible to stretch my clips in 16:9. (on Vegas I went into the properties of my clips and I just have to uncheck "keep proportion")
That's what I had the image, we can already see that I have the black bars, a green bar under the video (why not? ^^) and that the video is not cropped (can be a little hard to see but a part of the image on the right is missing).
To fix it I try to change the aspect ratio (change the film) as advised on the net without success, I have also tried "adjust the image size" without much success either.
The worry is not the record that seems clean. Recorded by shadowplay.
I hope someone with a little more experience with Premiere Pro help me
