Is there a possibility to create a “Dissolve”-effect between two adjustment layers?

I have two clips in my project and I used Adjustment Layers to let them zoom in (from 100% to 115%, using the Scale-property from the Transform-effect). After that I added a "Dissolve"-effect between the clips to make it feel smoother. The problem is, that the "Dissolve"-effect is affecting both clips, but the zooms aren't. That's why the first clip goes from 115% to 100%, when the cursor hits the second clip, which isn't very smooth, of course. Now, is there a possibility to make this smooth?

(Unfortuntely I'm not a native speaker. If you have problem with my grammar or way of writing just ask me, please.)

You don't need Adjustment Layers here.  Apply the effects to the clips directly.

The video I shared was based on your question, and that 'Can you create dissolve between 2 adjustment layers?'

Now i do not have any idea of your workflow, but if it is so simple that you only need a zoom in with dissolve, you do not have to apply the 'transform' effect not on an adjustment layer and not even directly on the clips, just remove the adjustment layers and animate the Scale property from Motion in the Effect Controls and apply it to the clips.

But from the way you asked your question, and since you decided using both adjustment layers and the transform effect, I assumed you are focusing on how to achieve that in your workflow

I do not understand what you are doing. Effect or transition dissolve?, 1 or 2 adjustment layers ?, Do you want to create a preset?

If I wanted to create a preset as a zoom transition, I would use an adjustment layer, the scale in an adjustment layer does not work, therefore, I would use the transformation effect to be able to use the scale and with keyframes daré is the value 100 -130-100, I also want to add a blur, because in my Premiere I do not have the effect of dissolving, in the same way as with the scale, I use keyframes to determine when it starts and when it ends, and here I take the precaution of place the blur effect on the effect of transformation, in the effects control panel.

I save the effects with the corresponding settings as presets, and when I want to use them, I create an adjustment layer and apply the preset, center it with the Alt + left or right arrow keys.

If you are applying a dissolution transition, you must do it in another adjustment layer and move it to center it. If you apply it on the same layer, you can not control the start of the effect, unless you cut the adjustment layer.

I hope it can be understood.
