Launching Premiere Pro CC from Command Line

Hey all! This is my first post in Adobe Forums, so apologies for potentially bad formatting.

I usually launch programs from the run dialog, which pops up when you hit WinKey + R. This is what it looks like:

WIN + R.png

After it appears, you type in a word sequence to launch a certain program. For example, launching Photoshop can be achieved by typing 'photoshop' into the box and hitting enter. Another easy example is the Google Chrome browser, which is just 'chrome'. Some are more obscure than just the names of the program, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, 'acrord32' and some of the Microsoft Office suite - Word is 'winword' and PowerPoint is 'powerpnt'.

I'm wondering if a run command exists for Premiere? I've tried inputting 'premiere', 'premiere.exe' 'adobepremiere' etc, no such luck.

Additionally, I'd love a comprehensive list of all the run commands of the Adobe suite. I've installed Illustrator, Lightroom, Audition, Photoshop (upgraded from CS2 to CC), SpeedGrade and Premiere recently (my school bought licenses recently).

I know I can launch it from Start or from a desktop shortcut, but since the R command floats over already open windows and disappears once something is launched, I find it more convenient than opening up Start or navigating to the desktop, and it sometimes impresses people who don't know of the (personally, very useful) feature.

Thanks all! Especially to the Adobe team, I'd never be able to create like I do without these awesome products.

Wackiest way I've ever seen since window 3. It's like old school, going back to DOS.

You know you can "pin" a shortcut to the taskbar (that bit on the bottom of your windows) and then the item is always there, as apps typically don't cover that.

Anyway, since the Premiere Pro executable has spaces in the name, you'll need to enter the command in quotes"

"Adobe Premiere Pro"
