Hi!

My Computer have very little free space left (140 MB). How much free space I need to edit and upload videos to Youtube?

    Video: dvvideo 720x576 25000 kb/s, Audio: pcm_s16le 1536 kb/s

Storage: SSD 120 GB, two USB 3.0 external HDD 1000 GB plugged in USB 2.0

My videos are stored in the external drives. I use the 2nd external HDD as backup drive. My first external HDD has 590 GB free space. My SSD shows currently 254 MB free space. OS and all programs are located in my SSD.

    CPU: Intel i3 530 2.93 GHz

    RAM: 4 GB

GPU: AMD RADEON HD5450 512 MB

    OS: Windows 10 64 bit

I recommend  replacing the 120 GB SSD with 512 GB SSD for the system drive.

USB 3.0 external drives will perform better than USB 2.0 if you have USB 3.0 ports.

I have videos stored already. I am asking how much addiotional storage I need? I need to change where I locally encode the videos. How I do that?

Without knowing more about your media type, effects used, and computer specs, it would be hard to say.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

140mb isn't enough to edit photos let alone videos. Get yours some quality additional storage. If you are that limited on storage how out of date is the computer itself?

I work in 4k so my videos are more sizable, but my standard weekly videos average between 1.5GB to 3GB.
