Motion Tracking Text

I'm trying to get text to AUTOMATICALLY follow an object in the video. I have a shot of a person walking and I want text to move with him across the screen.

Is there any way to do this within PPro CC? All the help and tutorials I can find either ask me to do this manually, keyframe by keyframe, which is laborious and not as good as automation, or it sends me to After Effects. Is there a way to do this within PPro CC?

Thanks.

Use the plugin Mask To Transform, is a shame because the automatic tracking of premiere works good, they just have to do a keyframe tracking by itself.

Thanks @Jim-Simon, ... sigh ... I was kinda hoping I'd missed something (Adobe people seeing this - I'll add it to your wish-list thingy).

I don't mind AfterEffects, it's just tricksy. I'll just have to learn ... and isn't that part of staying alive? ;-)

Premiere does not have auto motion tracking.

As JIm says AE is the way to go.

If you dont have or dont want to use AE you can manually motion track with keyframes:

I know you dont want to manually keyframe but I think this is rather a good tutorial.

Sometimes you dont have to do everyframe, you can interpolate by doing the first and the last and fill in the blanks.

After Effects is the way.
