mpeg-h vs mpeg-4p10 h265

Community Beginner ,

I have footage that I am cleaning up and resizing in Premiere Pro 2020 and the source shows it's mpeg-4p10 H265 but when I export in H265 format the resulting file is labeled as mpeg-h. What is the difference and is this an issue?
