Premiere mouse cursor bug

New Here ,
Jun 11, 2017 Jun 11, 2017

My mouse pointer is not targeting where the mouse is. It is targeting an inch below where the mouse visually is. This only happens when I'm dragging something in timeline.

I discovered the error, and I leave it here for those who need it.

The problem appears for those who use two monitors, apparently when they are of different dimensions. (in my case: macbook pro 15p retina monitor + Dell fullhd)

On mac:

  • System preferences
  • Displays
  • Click on "Scaled", not in defaut for displays
  • Set, and done.

Sorry for my english. =(

Bye and thank you all!

Hi Daniel Levenhagem,

Seems like an issue with the workspace. It might have been corrupted. Please change the workspace & check.

If the issue persists, reset Premiere Pro preferences. FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?

Please let us know the status.

Thanks,

Vidya.

On a side note, is there a video posted in this thread?  'Cause I see nothing with Firefox Nightly.
