Premiere Pro 2020 v14 - No Fonts Drop Down

I'm using mostly Adobe fonts... working fine in Photoshop, etc. but there's no dropdown in the Essential Graphics/Edit/Text area when go to edit type. Just shows Palace Script MT with a drop down arrow but the arrow does nothing. Anyone know what's up with that/how to fix? Thanks.

Additional: Using the latest Win 10 on a brand new computer.

Please post comp specs.

Make sure you graphics card driver is up to date, as is your bios.

Thanks. Will try the driver and prefs suggestions, however, the fonts appear in PS and other apps fine, just not Premiere.
