Premiere Pro Opacity Mask "free draw bezier" not working

I have been trying to use the Opacity-->Mask-->Free Draw Bezier tool. When attempting to draw a mask nothing appears (no blue lines). Worked before no longer working. Using the latest version of Premiere Pro 2019. Anybody have a solution?

Scale is set to 100%. Tested lower percentages & higher same results

Are we talking about the same Windows as in Operating System!!

There is sometimes confusion over the Windows 10 scaling. In display settings, you see "change the size of text ..." and a link to "advanced scaling settings." The scaling that causes problems is advanced scaling.

Make sure the scale in your OS Windows is set to 100% or the recommended scale. (125% will give issues)

Manually scaling the Program window will sometimes make the blue lines appear.

In Effect Controls panel select Mask option (word), then appear blue lines in Program panel. First make a mask.

I haven't heard of problems with that. Windows or Mac? What number version (Help/About) PP. I'm on 13.1.5

You may have to trash your preferences, but first, what's changed since it worked? Windows update? Etc...

Version 13.1.5, Windows 10, and no preference changes. Using the tool on the same clip it worked on before.
