I saved out a video from an old instagram story but it has a text filter over it. I do not have the original version of the video but I would like to still use it. Is there anyway to remove the text from the video similar to the way you would use the spot healing brush tool in photoshop, but on a moving image.
you can actually bring a video file into photoshop, so you might try doing that... doubt it would look great, but if the shots locked down, might not look so bad. I know there are some new tools in after effects and premiere cc 2020 but I'm still mainly working in cc 2019. You might do some googling. You might post a frame of the file and see if anyone here has a brainstorm.
