I'm looking for something similar to the "TAB" shortcut in After Effects that lets you move between the connected comps.

I only know ctrl+shift+F that lets you reveal the nested sequence and puts the playhead at same position.

Dont know a way back.

There is no singular shortcut for that. However, you can hit Shift+3 repeatedly in order to toggle among all open sequences. That might help you a bit. But feel free to request a keyboard command for this.

On a side note, Ann, you just taught me a new keyboard shortcut! However, I had to look it up because it's one of those frustrating ones that's different on a Mac - it's just Shift+T on the Mac! But thanks!
