what is "soft slow motion?"  Do you mean out of focus?

I mean, without jump, because when I make the speed slow, it's somehow like jump or stop motion, do you understand what I mean?☺️

Try using frame blend or Optical Flow for your time interpolation:

As soon as you drop below 60% with speed duration you run the risk of the video looking "chopp"

Optical flow was meant to have addressed this but it has its limitations as frames are interpolated and some artefacting willgenerally occur.

Next time shoo tat a higher frame rate e.g 60fp which will allow you to get "true slow motion" on a 30fps sequence

sometimes by adjusting the slow down by a small increment the quality or "smoothness" will improve.  So do some experimentation...
