Help!

Trying to finish an edit and I keep getting this message if I even breath wrong. Have tried to turn off my NVIDIA card, have purged cache, have copied and pasted the edit in a new sequence and new project. Nothing I do seems to work. This is crazy. I am on my version 26 of the project because it keeps happening over and over again.

I'm having the same issues. Trying to colour a pretty large project and every 5-10 minutes it crashes with the same error.

Did you find a solution to this?

What is your media and hardware?

For this forum, primarily a user-to-user one, all the full crash log isn't that useful. We don't know what to even look for in all that.

Now ... you did leave out a number of things that would have been useful. And looking at the drivers available for Macs, that doesn't look like the latest driver out there, the Mac driver archive site had this as the most recent listing:

CUDA Mac Driver

Latest Version: CUDA 418.163 driver for MAC

What type of media are you working with in that project? What effects? Are there any third-party plugins or effects involved? Does this happen if you create a new project and import some media and test working with it?

Neil,

Thanks for replying. I can't edit the log after you reply so my apologies. This is a very sophisticated project with multiple layers of footage colored in resolve rendered in ProRes 444 and 422HQ. Multiple layers of graphics in after effects with and without alpha channels. Unfortunately it is no longer connected to the internet for a variety of reasons.

I don't understand why it was working before but it is now exploding. I have a NVIDIA card which Apple refuses to release the drivers for. The highest OS I can put my system on is High Sierra. I eliminated the graphics card and I am still having the issue.

Purged all of my caches, and did all of the usual stuff. Why it is suddenly exploding is just mind boggling.

Ouch ... I feel your pain. Oh. My. Gosh.

Kevin-Monahan ... any ideas?
