Sorry, this type of video cannot be saved to this device

Hi,

I am getting the following error message when trying to save a video clip from the Dropbox App to my Iphone. Sorry, this type of video cannot be saved to this device

The clips are around 20 to 30MB and under 30 seconds.

They are images put together as a slide show in Premiere Pro in a square sequence before being exported as H264 format with preset Match-source- High bitrate (which is required to keep it sqaure)

I have also tried creating a new project in Premiere Pro, importing the created clips and then re-exporting again in the hope whatever is causing the issue is eliminated.

I have used these settings and process for uploading onto social media via my phone many times before and have never had this issue.

The solutions on the Dropbox forum from 2018 do not work.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The solution:

These are square format clips so in Premiere Pro, create a square format sequence and use a new square format sequence for each clip.
