The box that allows you to scale and resize clips is missing

There was a icon that we could use to scale, position and adjust clips. it looked like a box and was in front of fx icon as in this picture.

Now I am on premiere pro 2019 and its missing as in this picture.

It was very helpful and it would be great to have it back.

How to get it back?

Its called the transfom icon and has been removed in newer versions.

Just click on the word Motion.

Select the clic in track you want to transform, then go to Program panel and double clic in that footage there, in Project panel of the sequence.

double clicking does nothing, I dont get the option back. Is there any setting that I've disabled?

It's impossible that making double click on footage in the Program panel did not appear the transform box. So, try with earlier version.

I installed premiere pro 2018 version and it works on that, but why not on 2019?
