windows start menu doesnt open

After I have opened Adobe Premiere, my windows start menu doesn't open when i press the key on my my keyboard or press the button at the left bottom of my screen. Does anyone know a solution?

If Premiere Pro works for you then it would be a good idea to update Windows, it could be an operating system issue regarding new Pr updates.

I believe this is a Adobe PR update issue, not an operating system issue.

Please advise on a fix.

After updating Adobe Premiere, whenever I close the application my Start menu, Action Center, Microsoft Store and Settings cease to open or respond. Only work around I found was ending the process for Adobe Premiere from task manager. I'm going to try to restart hopefully that solves the issue entirely.

I have the same issue.

However, while AP is running the start menu is intact.

It's only when I shut down AP that the start menu stops functioning. 

The only way to shut down and reboot is to right click the the start menu and select the reboot option.

All other start related system settings are alos unobtainable.

AP must be disabling something or corrupting widnows system settings?

Please advise.

Has this problem been solved? I have the same issue, and it has nothing to do with updating Windows or Adobe. They are both up-to-date.
