Adding Text Block/ Paragraph/ Bulletpoints without having to use a "Title" in RUSH

The only text option I've been able to find is the "Title" text block, it seems there's no other options beyond that. That's shockingly basic, so I feel like maybe I'm missing something?

I tried to research, but all my findings imply that even though it's been an ongoing complaint and shortcoming since the get-go ( https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush/suggestions/35747449-add-text-text-box ), "Title" blocks are still the only text option (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/adding-text/m-p/12631682#M12275 )...? Having said that, I haven't actually found anywhere confirming that is the case, so just want to ask it clearly: 

1. Are "Title" blocks the only way of adding text to a video? 
2. If the answer above is yes, is there any talk to make updates in the foreseeable future (within the next 6 months)? 
3. If the answer above is no (please be the case!), then... how do I go about getting just a regular old, normal text box like you would in Premiere Pro or Adobe Acrobat? 

Sorry to have to put it so blunt- it would just honstly be really great to be able to have the option to indent, center things, and generally just do what you want from the start instead of having to find a template that's somewhat close to what we envision, and then try to undo it and experiment with tweaking it to see if you can make it into what you envisioned.  It seems like I'm not the only one who's asking for this.  

And if that's not going to happen at any point, better to know now before I wrestle with the program too much.
