Motion Graphics Template Import Error

Consistantly wont let me add any titles to my project- 'an error occurred during downloard from Adobe Stock server. Please try again.' Continue again and again, wifi fine, this project due in 3 dayrs! Help!

Calling from Bath Spa University Jan 2024, recently an 'Adobe Creative campus'. We have the same problem here on our Macs. Cannot import a Title. Terrible

I have reached a dead end with this too- video is ready to go except I can't use it now without a title 😞

Adobe doesn't seem to have any support around this

I am having this same issue as well! Has anyone found a solution? Is there another platform I need to download? I am using a new MacBook Pro that just had Ru installed.

I have the same issue, it seems to be to do with general sync to creative cloud, but I cant work it out.
So frustrating. spent 2hrs on video editing and 2hrs on troubleshooting just add a title text - the most basic aspect of the software.
Adobe you need to fix this or offer some guidance.

This problem STILL hasn't been fixed!!! I can't even use the basic text templates without an error. This is absolutely unnacceptable!

I've gone back and installed older versions (several). I notice that 1.5.40 works but has limited graphics. For me, ver 1.5.44 is when the motion graphics template import error began. I've also noticed that any graphics I did NOT previously use in ver 1.5.40 would not import in any update afterward. I change versions use them and then update and all is well. However, I still cannot use the newer assets, which is a huge bummer.
