Multiple duplicate empty projects

I use Rush with an external SSD on two computers, and occasionally on my iPad. My media files are mostly on this SSD, but when I work on the iPad the media is sometimes stored on iCloud. Last month, I started getting duplicate projects in my project list that's saved to Adobe's cloud. It seems to have grown exponentially. For a while, every time I used Rush, several projects would be duplicated, but they contain nothing. It only seemed to do this for about 4 or 5 projects I did last month. I probably have several hundred, and possibly over a thousand duplicate empty projects now. It wouldn't be an issue except is takes longer to load initially, and it's sometimes difficult to find the original project. When I do find the original, I rename it to indicate that it is the good version with content. This program behavior doesn't happen with new project I create now.
I tried chatting with support, but that was a complete waste of time. Their recommendation was for me to just delete the duplicates. I've tried deleting each project individually, but even on a newer Mac Studio it takes about 10 seconds to delete a project that's in the cloud. It would take days or weeks to complete this task. I searched for a solution but didn't see anything about this issue.
The way I see it, Adobe has launched a product that was bug-ridden, has minimal functionality and lacks any ability to handle repetitive or global tasks, such as multiple delete where I select a checkbox next to each project and then hit DELETE.
Is there an easier way to remove all these duplicate projects?
