Hi @Silentjane,

I see. No problem. We can try those options later. I would like to know, though, that when the export gets the error, is it always occurring in the same location? If so, can you try removing any effects or graphics in that location? Let me know if that works. Sorry for the runaround. This error is not an easy one to solve.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @Silentjane,

Thanks for the info. Are you meeting system requirements? May we have more info? Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,

Kevin

  1.  Yes, i do meet them. Just did complete uninstall of all adobe cloud image products, clean installation of nvidia gpu and manually gave all programs (because most are not scanable by nvidia software) highest power setting. None of this^^^ explains why it appears the same way on both android, where it was started, and computer, where I went in hopes I could finish the project there.

Hi @Silentjane,

Sorry about that. Can you try transcoding a clip as a test in Media Encoder, Shutter Encoder, or Handbrake? The footage might have a variable frame rate and that makes it harder for computers and mobile devices to process.

Thanks,

Kevin

I have no idea how to run those programs or what this means. I know there are framerate settings when saving. Are you suggesting that they are causing the issue? If so, please know that I hadn't saved at all when the issue started. I'd love to know how to apply this suggestion but I dont have time to build a new skillset atm.
