Premiere rush - Codec and crashes

So Premiere rush worked fine on my laptop. Then I created a new project on my PC (Both Win 11) and then it tells me this when I export. As you can see I do have the HEVC codec. Pop up suggests I can get it via a paid membership (which I have).

I've seen similar posts (now locked) with no real answer/answer doesn't fix anything.

How can I export the project to another machine, so I can then export the mp4 to be used/shared?
Or ideally how to get rid of codec message?

Also as soon as I get the message, I then can't use PR for anything and it crashes!
