Editing Overview
With your shoot wrapped, it's time to start editing. Since you've already tested your gear, and put the resulting clip into Rush for a test, you should have little trouble getting started.
Copy the footage to your hard drive
If you are editing with Rush on the desktop, a good rule of thumb is to make sure the footage from your phone or camcorder gets copied to your computer's fastest hard drive available. If you are editing solely on a mobile device, you can leave the footage on that device.
Organize the footage into folders
After the footage has been copied, you can continue to organize the footage into folders based on your shoot day, this actually helps you stay organized once you begin editing in Rush. On mobile versions, your footage lies within the Camera Roll.
