Headers and footers are missing from PDF after RoboHelp 2019 Update 11

I am seeing a couple issues. Headers are footers are missing on some pages of my PDF after the Update 11. Turning off the Specify separate headers and footers setting seems to help somewhat although not completely. And it's not the perfect solution as I want to use separate headers and footers.

If I omit the Table of Contents, my footers (which contain page numbers) are gone completely. This is problematic because I do not want a Table of Contents in one of my documents.

Is anyone else having issues like this after the update?

Thank you, Karin. Yes that was it! The headers and footers are showing after increasing the download timeout.

Apologies. Yes quite possibly. For some reason I had it in mind that was failing to complete rather than completing but with issues.
