Master page for PDF no longer takes effect for existing projects since update 11 RH 2019 new UI

Hi all,

I am just testing the new update 11 for RH 2019 new UI. Apparently, the master page is no longer considered for the PDF output for any of my existing projects. I also tried to use the default pdf master page and created a new one. I also removed any fields and just put plain text into the headers and footers. Still not working.

When I create a new project, the master page is considered for the PDF output.

Is anyone else having issues here? Any ideas what I might try to resolve this?

Thanks and best regards

Karin

Karin. There's now another post with this problem at https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp/images-in-header-footer-of-pdf-output-no-longer-show-since-2019-0-11/m-p/10924566?page=1#M128790

I have alerted Adobe and will post back when I have some more information.

I hate asking you this but is the master page selected in the preset? I ask as I only have one project already set up and that seems OK.

Try creating another PDF preset.

Yes, the master page is selected in the preset. I also tried several new PDF presets, which did not help. I made a PDF output of the ReImagined Sample using the Print General master page. This also does not work. I could only get it to work with a completely new project.
