I'm logged into my Adobe account and trying to download non-premium stock photo assets but the system is not recognizing my account or Stock subscription. Click on an asset promps me to sign up for a plan, and clicking "Continue" pops up a "Error: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." despite having a record of paid invoices for the last year+.
