Отклонен релиз

Hello. I am a new author. Some time ago I created a model release. The document was signed and adopted. I received a notification that everything went well. A few minutes later I posted my photo work and attached this release. But my work was rejected, and the release was also rejected without explanation. Why??? (Release attached)
