Hello,

I have already created a topic on my question but for some reason it was closed.

https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/account-blocked/m-p/15138357#M97021

I am contacting the Adobe Stock Contributors staff.

I don't know how to contact the Adobe Stock Contributors staff to find out what's wrong with my account.

Please tell me how long I need to wait?

My account was deactivated on January 23, 2025 due to suspicious activity, it's been 61 days since my account was deactivated. Maybe you forgot about me, I don't even know when my account will be activated. Please activate my account.

The numbers of the letters I wrote earlier:

Adobe Case Update 00344665

Content Appeal - Other (please specify) - Case ID: 653803

Adobe Case Update 00347402

Adobe Case Update 00353167

Adobe Case Update 00353611

Thank you.

Best regards, Serhii.

Why dont you know how to contact them?  Apparently you have contaced them. You have to wait until your case is reviewed. There is no way to speed up the process and according to the terms you agreed upon, Adobe is not required to respond as to why it was closed or if they are even going to reopen it.

Some recent phishing emails from scammers. there were also phishing letters about cooperation with a sample file infected with a virus.

What does this have to do with Adobe Stock?

Your question is about phishing letters? This has nothing to do with Adobe Stock, I assume that this is done by the same scammers who attacked my account on Adobe Stock in the form of several large purchases in a row, I could only see two such purchases, but based on the calculated amount, there were more, which is why my account was deactivated.

Recently, there have been a lot of phishing attacks on the second stoke.

This was a fraudulent attack on my account by the perpetrator, they used the method of a series of large purchases, they know that in this case Adobe Contribution blocks the account. Perhaps they also have accounts on photo stocks. I don't know from which country this attack was committed, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was made from my country, city.

Now I don't know when I'll have good sales, should I be happy or sad 🙂

Now I have account deactivation anxiety syndrome 🙂

The account was activated, that's very good. But I still don't understand what my fault is, why my account was deactivated. The money was deducted and during the entire time that the account was blocked, I also lost what I could have earned.

The above messages did not state that you were responsible for the fraudulent sales; someone else could have used a stolen credit card or multiple free trial subscriptions to license assets. Since Adobe did not actually receive any income for such sales, they also deduct your 33% royalty. investigation of your account requires that the account be suspended during the time that it takes to do the research.

It turns out that someone intentionally harmed me. What is the author's protection on Adobe Contribution, from scammers? I am on many trading platforms, but this is the first time I have encountered such a thing, that the author was blocked because of someone's fraudulent actions.

I received a letter from Adobe Contribution, They suspect that I artificially increased my sales, but I never bought my own works and did not think about it and did not know that they do this.

Bad actors might use stolen credit cards to purchase images. Just confirm as requested and your account will likely be re-activated.

There is no guaranty that your account will get reactivated again, but you will be informed about the final decision. Some user reported that this decision came 6 months after the decision. You'll have to wait.

BTW: This is not Adobe and Adobe does probably not read your message here.

You need to write one letter and wait. You already have 3 Updates, with each new Update, your case goes to the end of the queue.
