While my account with 60.000 photos and 30.000 illustrations is suspended since August for ai issue... I have just found another account selling my images.
I would start here:
But I'm sure others will have some recommendations as to what other steps you might take. Are ALL of these images yours? This is just wrong on so many levels.

Thanks. All images in the linked account are mine. I have nef files in my computer. I can provide to adobe. I wonder why adobe did not check when other account uploaded them. So i am as king about legal action. I think adobe is responsable of that but they dont reply to my emails. I opened this thread and i hope that some moderators can help me.

Adobe Moderators do not check submissions against the millions of others already in the database to determine whether they already exist in another Contributor's account. Each Contributor signs an Agreement certifying that they are the rightful owner of the sssets they submit. The only way another Cintributor can "steal" your images is to pay to license them, then upload them on their own account. That would be a very costly way to acquire your images. @daniellei4510 has provided above the link which tells you how to report this situation to Adobe.

You will need to provide your claims through the chanels provided by Adobe. As long as you don't make the report correctly, Adobe is not responsible, because you did not tell them. Image moderators won't help here, the do not read the forum.

No way to do that since my images are actually offline since August for ai issue. I can send every single nef file should i do that using the link provided. Also: link provided is as king for a link of my account images... That is actually unavailable. Terribile situation believed me when nobody carles and nobody reply.

You contact Adobe from your current account and provide them with the email address under which your previous account was created.

Whatever account you want, as long as you can provide the required information.I would have done that the minute I would have learned about this link provided by @daniellei4510 .

You are confused about this, it seams. One is independant from the other. If you are the copyright holder of the images, you need to contact Adobe via the chanels provided. You do not need to have a working stock account for this.

Thank you for your reply. I wrote using the link of copyright infringment providing the proof of illegal use. i also wrote to check my (still suspended) account. Obviously i got no reply and the illegal account is still online here:
https://stock.adobe.com/it/contributor/211507187/marilena?load_type=author&prev_url=detail
I attach here the screenshot so you can easily compare the first image (i can provide nef files for each of the stolen images)
I am really disappointed.
I understand that there is a waiting time but not receiving any response in such a serious case really makes me doubt the good organization of Adobe and that there are other problems behind this situation.
I expected at least a receipt and "we will follow up."
Instead...nothing, as always.
I don't think this is a good service and Adobe's reliability is strongly in question.
I therefore ask if there is a legal service to turn to, possibly with a lawyer.
Clearly I have to protect my copyright, which Adobe does not care about.
If everyone did this without being sanctioned I think Adobe would have serious repercussions as well.

As of my experience, they act rapidly to copyright claims.

You were provided the solution by @Abambo on 9/30 which is a Saturday, so if you sent an email at that time, it was a weekend. That means that yesterday, Monday, was the first working day tor Adobe to consider your request. Be patient.

The more i follow the advice of the moderators the more Adobe seems to not understand the situation...
I just got an email i transcribe here
Why should i do that? (i obviously did already after receiving the email)
I wrote i formal request i attach here i am very surprised how adobe does not care of this problem.
I ask again an immediate action by Adobe and they avoid to understand.
Do you have a legal office to refer to with a lawyer?

Martha J. from Adobe seems to have assumed that you are using this form to report that your account is blocked, and that's why she is referring you back to contributor support. In the field that requests the URL of your assets that have been infringed, you wrote: "My account [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] actually suspended". How about rewording that as follows: "I can't provide the URL because my account is temporarily suspended and I cannot access it at the moment; however the account with the assets that have been stolen is tied to my email address [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]"

I wrtote her again, but obviously got no reply. I don't think they reallt understand the situation and it is obvious that they don't care about the contributor and the copyright matter: i am really astonished about ADOBE. I am uploading in a dropbox folder all the 193 images illegally used (nef and jpg), you can check the working progress in attached images (1 of the account MARILENA and the other of the dropbox folder). Obviously it takes time, as soon i have finished that i will start a legal action against ADOBE. Here in Italy we have a fast action called "inibitoria" and since ADOBE did nothing the company will be responsable.
I asked (obviously with no reply):
This beahviour of Adobe and each single claim i made will be reported ti the judge that will consider the negative collaboration of Adobe.

You should make sure that your communication with Adobe is clear and cannot be misunderstood. Referring to a blocked account may get misunderstood. BTW: are you (@Andrea Izzotti Photo) the original poster (@baronizan) of this thread?

As i wrote before i opened this account to try to communicate to Adobe and get some advice here. The blocked account is the other one.

But it's not blocked as an Adobe-ID and you started the discussion with that account. It's confusing to the followers of a discussion. I'm looking normally at that “Author” label attached to the OPs responses. Now, do not change again. Stick to this one! 🙂
You see, I missed this one, as I gave it a lower priority: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/account-suspended-images-stealed-by-ot... and it got buried between answers.

You wrote her again, with hopefully a more clear request, but couldn't wait even one full day before you decided that you need to launch a lawsuit? Your communications here in the forum, though many, have been difficult to follow and comprehend. The one screen print that you provided here of your direct communication with Adobe was obviously misunderstood because it wasn't expressed clearly.

How about simply providing a private link to the assets and a screen copy that you control the NEF files?
I also would guess that Adobe read, that you wanted to contact them because of your blocked account. If you are contributing from a different stock provider too, you can also send them that link.
The link provided by Daniel also gives alternative methods to report the asset.

As I wrote it has already been done with no response. I have repeatedly asked for a contact from the legal department, with no response. I am asking here as well--is there anyone to contact? Do I have to make a complaint for each individual image?

This is a user to user forum. We can only advise you to use the official standard channels, which were provided to you with @daniellei4510's post. And yes, I would do a complaint for each image.
