Merhaba. Üç yıllık emekle yüklediğim 9000 görselin bulunduğu hesabıma artık giriş yapamıyorum. Son iki ayda, bonuslar ve ücretsiz vektörlerle birlikte 820 USD biriktirdim ve para çekme talebinde bulundum. Ödeme yapmadan hesabımı kapattılar. Kurallara uymamak gibi yanlış bir şey yaptığımı düşünmüyorum. Katılımcı kazançlarımla üç çocuğumun okul masraflarını ve ailemin geçimini sağlıyorum. Adobe Stock'un herhangi bir açıklama yapmadan veya e-posta göndermeden nasıl böyle bir davranış sergileyeceğini anlamadım. Ben bir mağdurum ve çok üzülüyorum. Ve bunu nasıl çözeceğimi bilmiyorum.

Unusual sales activity? Perhaps a Buyer reported an image as being of disappointing quality. Perhaps they detected an IP violation. Have you been uploading any Generative AI content? That seems to be attracting most of the attention these days...

Dear friends, I finally got an answer from adobe stock. What could be the activities that artificially increase sales? I just upload images on a regular basis. And it shouldn't be my fault that sales are increasing. If it happens again, we have the right to permanently close your account, it says. We, the participants, are artist people. I'm not talented enough to artificially increase sales.

I do not know if there is a lot of talent needed to artificially increase the sales. At a first look, it sounds like a good thing. But I do not have the insight into the sales activity that Adobe has to justify blocking accounts. You need to work that out with Adobe contributor support. We have no means to help you further. Sorry for that.

Hello, I am facing the same problem. The sudden increasing sales but I didn't know how it happened. Adobe just blocked my account without explanation and I left in the dark. It's been almost 3 months now and the answer is the same with you. I've tried to contact them few times already but I don't get any anwers. I don't understand why it takes so long. I have been a full time contributor for years and carefully take care of my account. This is so frustrating. It's like all my hard works for years will be dissappeared just like that.

We do not have insight into your account and we can't accelerate answers. Check your mailbox and spam, Adobe answers, but sometimes users do not take that as an answer.
