Adobe Contributor Bonus Program 2023

Hello. I know that the program is confirmed this year (https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/announcing-the-adobe-stock-contributor...) and it looks like I'm eligible for it but I never received a code. Support told me that this year there's no such program at all. I wonder who can help me with this.

I have no doubt of what you say. But a missunderstanding of it is possible.

Did you have an active account the entire year of 2022?

Some assets are excluded from the Bonus program. Did you sell enough of the right type of assets?  

 

Contributor Support is the only help available.  Adobe employees rarely visit this user-to-user community.

I don't understand your subject "Adobe Contributor Bonus Program 2023". The post you link to had the subject "Announcing the Adobe Stock Contributor 2022 bonus program". Nothing about sales in 2023. The post talks about the number of downloads in calendar year 2022 (that is, from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022). The announcement was in 2023, talking about a bonus for sales already completed.

Did you reach out to Customer Support or Contributor Support? Apparently those are 2 different teams. Customer Support tends to know little about the Adobe Stock program, which could explain why they said no such bonus program existed. Perhaps send an email to contributor-support@adobe.com

I sold more than 250 vectors and was uploading new vectors throughout the year. I understand the most probable reason why I didn't have the code. My account was connected to Russia because support couldn't change it last year because of the subscription but I'm a resident of another country for more than 2 years and have a tax form filled for another country. I just don't have a chance for someone to look into it. Support was not helpful unfortunately.
