Adobe stock does not provide tax documentation

Adobe stock do not provide any document regarding tax being withheld for 2020.

It is essential to provide 1042-S document, or an equivalent formal letter.

Contributor must receive this doc, because it needed for the tax report - tax withheld in US is deduced from other tax amount.

Not providing such doc is 100% equivalent to stealing this money from the contributor.

Not proving document regarding tax withheld cannot possibly be legal, Anywhere.

Other agencies provide the 1042-S form automatically.

Emails to adobe tax team are completely ignored for months.

Contributor support were completely unhelpful.

Previous post did not help either.

Update:

Today I finally received a formal letter.

It required several email remainders with red bold letters.

3 months after my original requests.

In other agencies an official 1042-S is produced automatically.

Summary:

Adobe stock treats its contributors poorly.

Poor service by the tax team.

Poor service by contributor support
