Hi All!
I have a beginner's question again. I create generative AI images. The AI generates them in a resolution of 1024x1024, which I think is quite low. I use an online converter to resize them to 7000x6900 pixels. There is an option for "Scale" available. I read somewhere here that using Scale is not good for AI images. I have already created 18 images this way, and they are currently under review. But if you tell me that I made a mistake and using Scale is not recommended, I will delete them so they won't be judged unnecessarily. There is also a cropping option available, which I chose instead of Scale. I hope the images will turn out fine this way. Please let me know what you think and what the correct solution would be. Thank You All for help!
Upscaling is not allowed. Check the image requirements.

and especially quality and technical issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/quality-and-technical-issues.html
Also... 1024 x 1024 is too small, it will be rejected. Since you must not upscale it, this work is useless to you for Adobe Stock. Sometimes you can pay for a higher resolution work. This is how to submit to stock, but first work on making sure you can produce technically perfect images that make sense.

Thank you very much for your response.
The truth is, I have read and re-read these helpful guidelines, but often I'm not confident in what I'm doing. Perhaps it's because English is not my native language. Then I get so confused that I prefer to ask here. 🙂 So, it seems that it's better for me to remove the images I upscaled during the conversion. I'm not sure if the crop option is allowed?

Cropping is a normal, good part of preparing work.

What is your native language? The instructions exist probably also in your language, or a language you are more familiar with. I'm not a native speaker myself. So, I counter check sporadically against French or German.
Before you submit
Do: Zoom in 100% and check your file before submitting.
Don’t: Compress files too much — this creates irreparable pixelation.
Don’t: Enlarge files.
Don’t: Add text or watermarks.
The problem with upsizing is, that you do not add new information. And in addition, if there are artefacts, they get enhanced, more visible.
Cropping an asset is allowed.

Hi!
Sorry for the late reply!
My native language is Hungarian. I'm constantly learning and I really love English, but I often misunderstand things. I have already deleted all my scaled images. Even so, I'm not sure if they will be accepted. As far as I know, it takes a lot of time, even months, for the submitted images to be reviewed because there are too many people like me uploading AI-generated images. That's okay. In the meantime, I need to look into taxation more because if I have successful sales, I will have to pay taxes afterwards. I'm really bad at taxes, so I'm seeking the help of an accountant here in Hungary. 🙂
