Broken link to my existing W-8 tax form

Can anybody tell med, where to find the existing W-8 taxform, when the link on my #tax-info page is broken?

eu.fotolia.com is dead. You should enter via your Adobe ID. The Taxform can be found here: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/account#tax-info

Thanks Abambo. The problem is, that the broken fotolia link, is the link I get from my https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/account#tax-info page 😱
