I can't fill up my tax form because I constantly get an error trying to open it. I already tried doing it on mozilla and chrome to no avail. How can I fix it?

It simply says there was an error while opening my Form.
Did you open the Tax form in the latest version of Acrobat?

No, how can I do that? I can't even download the form.
From where do you try to download the form?
From my Contributor account, under the Tax Information section.
Which web browser and OS do you have?
Did you try with a different browser or web device?
I'm using Mozilla Firefox on my pc. I also tried opening it with Chrome but the problem persisted 😕
