Double account in one email

Hello !

 

I'm a bit confused, I create an account in 2021 and upload some photo. Few times later in 2022-2023, I connect to my account (with the same email address) but my name changed and there were no photos on this account.

 

I can still find my photos uploaded in 2021 without been connected. The photo and the user corespond to what I created back in 2021 But there is no way I can reach them.

2. Try logging-in with a different browser or web device that supports cookies and does not have script blockers or VPN enabled.

 

3. Failing that, you'll need to contact Stock Contributor Support for technical assistance.

Who is them?

 

If you can't access your assets, chances are, that you connected via a different Adobe ID. I would contact Adobe contributor support for this. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

I don't really understand your question. I think what you're saying is that the account you thought you had created in 2021 has been taken over by someone else?  The members on this forum are not Adobe employees, and we have no access to your account(s), so you will have to contact Contributor Support to sort it out.
