I'm going through the same thing, I even tried looking again in the guidelines if I was doing something wrong, but it doesn't make sense because I've been following the same pattern for ages.
Are they doing some kind of maintenance or will they no longer accept eps?

same here. I was trying to upload .ai file. I even tried uploading the same file I've previously uploaded successfully, those can't get through too.

same here! this problem is just with vector files. Support say nothing about this, just transfer my chat with this problem to a dedicated team and then ... silent..

I can confirm that there is indeed currently a problem with uploading vector art.
As a workaround, embed your EPS or Ai file in a ZIP container (only one vector file per ZIP, and generate a preview file as JPEG). I've tested that, and I got my asset into review.
I suppose that Adobe works to resolve the problem.

Same for me! Cannot upload EPS files!

What will be the best file format alternative in case they can't resolve or take time? use .eps 10

Check this answer!
ZIP with your EPS and JPEG preview. Or you need to wait for a fix tu arrive.

Yes, but I'm in doubt whether they will accept the files in ZIP, I've never sent them before and I'm trying to avoid rejections

Read the documentation. If they reject, they reject your EPS because of errors. You asked for a workaround, I have tested this workaround.
The aim is just to bypass the configuration or programming error on the frontend.

Hi. I can't upload EPS10 files.
"file.eps couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type"
files that were uploaded normally yesterday are not uploaded today

There appears to be a bug in the system. I found that using a ZIP file with the EPS file and the JPEG preview file still gets you to the submission panel. Other options fail.
