Nobody here knows whether Adobe have any plans to fix this, but if anyone does contact Contributor Support, perhaps they could share the response.

Just was mentioned before: you can upload the same Eps file, but you should make a JPG version and combine EPS+JPG in one ZIP. And then upload that ZIP to Adobe Stock. That will take additional 1-2 min per file so I think not serious problem.
And other stocks (such as Pond5 etc) also accept only ZIP, so for me no difference

Yes, there is currently a problem with vector files. Pack the file into a Zip file and add a JPEG preview. That file can still be uploaded, and submitted.

I am going to quote expert Abambo from post https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/eps-couldn-t-be-uploaded-because-it-is...
"There appears to be a bug in the system. I found that using a ZIP file with the EPS file and the JPEG preview file still gets you to the submission panel. Other options fail."

I can't upload vector files, getting the notification "Couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type." I tried to upload the same file that I had uploaded before and got the same notification, why?

Do you think it's the server? , I'm trying to contact the developer.
If you have any information, please let me know.

You need to be more precise. Describe what you do, and what works and does not work. Document error messages. Possibly support this with screenshots. At that moment, we can have a look into that.
