To clarify, I created my 48 seamless pattern assets manually in Canva’s editor, designing each from scratch. I used standard graphic elements available in Canva—such as shapes, icons, and text—by dragging, dropping, and customizing them myself. No AI tools (e.g., Canva’s Magic Studio or auto-generated features) were used at any stage. The icons and shapes served as building blocks, which I arranged and edited manually to form original patterns, not as pre-designed assets.
Since a human reviewer is now involved - hoping for a resolution soon!
What Adobe's form? You should be more precise with what you did try to do.
You need to attach a property release, if Adobe moderators think that the asset is generative AI. We really soon need a check mark to mark the assets as non generative AI. 😉
The 48 assets still pending may well pass. You never know...

Adobe Stock examiners will never respond to refusal complaints. That's not their job.
Unfortunately, you're at the mercy of your tools. And Canva uses a lot of AI in its toolkit. It's highly possible that Canva is embedding identifying AI metadata into your images without your knowledge. See Canva Terms below.
If you're 100% certain that your images do not violate Canva's Terms or Adobe Stock's Terms, you may wish to submit a signed Property Release form by you as the artist.

To confirm, I tested sample files with Isgen’s AI Image Detector, a trusted tool with advanced deep learning, which returned a 100% human-made result with 0% AI detection. I’ve attached Canva workspace screenshots and export logs (via email if accepted) showing my manual process, ruling out embedded AI metadata.
I’ve reviewed Adobe Stock’s Terms and Canva’s Terms, and I’m confident my work complies—no generative AI or violations. The Property Release form seems unnecessary for original designs, but I’m happy to provide one if required. My concern is the false flagging risking lower 20-25% AI royalties instead of the 33% for human-made content, potentially costing me 30-50% per download (e.g., $0.50 vs. $0.20).

Adobe contributor support rarely reviews refusal cases. The use of Canva supplied icons may make your asset anyhow unsuitable for stock use.
