Fichier refusé : non conforme

Contributor ,
Apr 02, 2025 Apr 02, 2025

Why should it? You should at least allow for 24 hours to pass, before bumping your post. Not all participants are in your timezone.

It could also have something to do with your titles and keywords.

Your keywords repeat a lot the same term. If I remember the keyword instruction well, you should not write something like this:

prohibited sign,

prohibited,

sign,

prohibit,

signs

Did you create the red circle and map yourself or did you "borrow" those designs from somewhere else?

If you created the universal symbol for "prohibited"  and the map of France yourself, submit a signed property release by you as the artist.

If you did not create 100% of the image yourself, you can't submit it to Stock. See submission guidelines below.

I created all the elements, knowing that I have the same forbidden symbol with a text in place of the map, and other files with the map alone accepted without me having to provide to poperty release. but I will try with your method even if the reason for the refusal is not "poperty release", these files have also been accepted on the other image banks in the meantime.

A missing property release is not the issue, except if the file entered the reminder section. There are reasons to refuse this, as the execution is poorly done: the z-Plane is really confusing in your asset, and the shadows do more bad than good.. But I would have refused on the basis of quality issues.

Why don't you just submit the countries alone and as PNG files (it's really silly to do a rendering and not to include the alpha channel), and you submit the forbidden sign (or signs, as you can do different styles) separatly.

I thought it was more about ideology. this one refused too for the same reason.

Reasons for Content Rejection.  See Noncompliance

YOU WROTE: "these files have also been accepted on the other image banks..."

Adobe Stock is not other services, different customers, stricter standards. Adobe also pays higher royalty fees.

YOU WROTE: "[Other works] accepted without me having to provide a property release."

Stock employs many Reviewers. Some will require a property release, others won't.

Yes, because other agencies, like iStock, are much stricter regarding authorizations, for example, and accepted there. I've been a contributor since Fotolia, and recently Adobe was doing anything, like rejecting similar images, now these rejections for non-compliant images... I sometimes have trouble understanding the strategy.
I'm going to wait before resubmitting them because I don't want it to be considered spam. And I read the article on the reasons for rejection, but I don't think these images fall into that category.

thank you for your answers

Unrelated. The similar rejections looks like be a bug in the system. Adobe is adjusting from time to time parameters and sometimes they simply go wrong.

Well, then it looks like a systematic approach. And it's not about ideology, but it may be forbidden in some regions of the world to show such visuals. Don't forget, Adobe is more than other agencies a gloabal company.

because I try to make concepts, moreover even if I put the elements in two separate files, the client must buy two files if he has the idea of combining them to make the same idea, and he will also have to do some clipping to make the element pass behind the diagonal red bar. My visual conveys an idea, while a map and a panel, there are already on adobe.

and original files is a PNG
