file pending approval for 11 months

Hi, 11 months ago I uploaded 2 photos but they are still in the queue. I re-uploaded the same files and they are still in queue, it's 4 months. What to do?

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to hasten review of our assets. You can send a message to the contact us link but will probably just receive a canned response.
