I don't find my uploaded video in adobe stock

Hi

I try to upload 2 video clips

Many times those 2 videos are rejected due to an FTP error transfer ?

But more than that, once I succeed to transfer one (with premiere pro), as before, in my portfolio, in tab videos, i see number 1, but under tab videos(1) there are no videos - No items

 

am i doing something wrong?

the footage were sometimes in uploads, sometimes in review and sometimes in rejected. But they were invisible under the tab videos(1).
