ID card rejected

Hi,

 

All my submisions are under review, and when I enter in "Uploaded files" in Adobe Stock there is a message at the top saying "Your ID card got rejected. Please submit another one before continuing".

However, when I click on it nothing happens. I have tried with 3 different browsers and with my mobile phone and there is no way I can upload my ID. When I click on the "contributor account" button there is no information about where to upload the ID.

Any suggestion?

Have the same problem and cant do nothing

Hi,

Hi, there! I get the same issue and is kind of annoying cause when I go to this link https://helpx.adobe.com/gr_en/contact/what-contact-options.html and scroll down to contact us link it redirects me to this page https://helpx.adobe.com/gr_en/manage-account.html where there is nothing to select for the topic. And finally, I cannot find a way to contact you guys! What's going on?? Please if possible send me the right link to contact you Mat (or the support team)!

For future reference, any Adobe Stock contributor related support questions must be submitted directly to the Adobe Stock Contributor Relations team. To do this, you must visit the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal and click the Contact Us link found at the bottom of the page.

 

Contacting support via Adobe.com will result in the advice that you do as I listed above.
