Is it normal to start selling a lot after years of selling almost nothing?

Hello community!
I have this asset:
modern office building in the sky foto de Stock | Adobe Stock

that I uploaded in 2020. It started selling almost daily since July, at least once or twice a day (with some days off). is this normal?

If an image is sold even once, it is boosted higher in the search results, and that continues each time it is sold. This is why I never delete older assets that have never been licensed - there is still hope that they will eventually be discovered.

I'd call this fortuitous.  It means you're giving people what they want and they're finding it.

I suppose that can happen. Once an image is sold, the algorithm gives it...I don't know?...seniority? I have one such image myself that for awhile sold almost daily, then stopped, then started up again. The same with others, but not to the same extent.

You're welcome. Remember, even an excellent image can go unnoticed for weeks or even months (or years) before it finally appears in someone search results. When it does, and it's purchased, it will begin to show up repeatedly in subsequen, similar searches.

It is hard for us to answer your question. From the graph you show, there is no way of knowing which image/s was sold.

What does your earning report show? Have the download count increased?

Hello Ralph thank you for your answer, I'll attach a better view of my graph.

I hope this is a better view:

I have few images, and that specific one of the building, this one , just started to be licensed since July this year.
The download count increased for that specific image.

My earning report is this, (I think this is the earning report):

The graph is from January to Today
