Is not publishing for a long time affect the number of sales?

Welcome everyone!

I didn't publish new assets for 2 months and I noticed that my top-seller photos are no longer sold a lot

Inactivity can adversely impact the ability of customers to find your content.

Adding new content that customers want keeps your Portfolio fresh and alive on Search Engines.

BTW, I mainly use Google to search Adobe Stock inventory. It produces better results for me.

If needed, I can filter the results with Adobe Stock's search filters.

Hope that helps.

Sure. I don’t know their algorithm, but accounts that are inactive lose visibility over time. Assets that do not sell lose visibility. So, you will get hit double by declining sales.

Adobe has always recommended a "slow but steady" approach to submissions. The activity of the account may somehow be taken into account in the search algorithm.

Dunno. I upload 1 or 2 assets daily, and my bestsellers eventually dwindle down to fewer sales. Does slowing down effect sales in general? Possibly. Each day means more and more competition being uploaded.

Thanks,

I would also like to ask if the rejection rate for similar images is high?

I usually upload the similar photos in packages

My rejection rate for similars is fairly high. I've slowed down uploading new assets considerably, but I've had too many assets that I myself would have considered similar still being accepted. So I don't consider it my decision to make, but Adobe's, however illogical the reasoning is.
