The first photo is overexposed. Details are lost in the highlights.
The second is an intellectual property issue, and is also underexposed. Details are lost in the shadows. You should not be submitting images with store names, billboards etc.
the third is also underexposed in the shadows and the highlights a bit overexposed.

GOPR0322.jpg is overexposed and has washed out colours (look at the wood structure).
_MG_0686-1.jpg: could get the shadows lightened up and is exposing noise.

_MG_0686-1.jpg has severely underexposed shadows, lack of sharp focus and chromatic aberration.
