Payment-Pay out issues -contact support issue

I am not able get any help from contact form usage. I tried to ask for payout 3 times (paypal) but could not get payment after completing the procss. Sent message 3 times for help using contact form and subject as others. Can i get  help. Thanks

You can only ask once, then you need to wait for the process to complete. When it is complete, but fails, the money will be credited back. You should contact PayPal in such a case to get insight what could get wrong. With that information, contact Adobe contributor support. Contributor support does not react immediately, so be patient. They are answering by e-mail, so watch your spam folder.

I have waited for 15 days each time I requested a pay out and also sent message through contact form using others as the subject. The pay out process gets completed and the message that process is over and i need to wait for 7 to 10 days also appears with a button ok. agian after words the amount appears in pay out.

 

it is confusing. Kindly help. Thanks

Thanks for concern.

Here is what i am facing with payouts.

when i login in to the site what appears on screen is blank. when i  click on dasboard the details appear.

when ever the payout money is more than USD 25 i try by clicking payout. Then payout popup appears and after answering about location and typing email Id for paypal transfer the pop will show details i have provided and on clicking finally the popup shows it taktes 7 to 10 days message. 

when i check next day or so the amount still appears as payout.

After waiting for 10 to 15 days if i try again the process of payout it gets completed but not getting payment .

This was experienced few months back but i could get payment after some trials of asking payouts.  I have contacted the support using the form. This time i made 3 trials and contacted the support using form, witout any result. 

Now I am waiting for any help before asking payout.

please help.

I am in in cofusion.I can login in to account.I can see sales and payout amount.I can upload photos. But not able to submit for approval.I can see payout amount. I can request pay out. After complting the process,i can still see payout amount back in dashboard.my account is deactivated or what?

why I am not able to get payment processsed or submit phoos for approval.what is the status of my account.I had health bissues and could not regularly upload assets.The Sales are regular.Request help to find out the status of account.whom to contact. Is there a email to contact.
