Payment-Pay out issues -contact support issue

I am not able get any help from contact form usage. I tried to ask for payout 3 times (paypal) but could not get payment after completing the procss. Sent message 3 times for help using contact form and subject as others. Can i get  help. Thanks

You can only ask once, then you need to wait for the process to complete. When it is complete, but fails, the money will be credited back. You should contact PayPal in such a case to get insight what could get wrong. With that information, contact Adobe contributor support. Contributor support does not react immediately, so be patient. They are answering by e-mail, so watch your spam folder.

I have waited for 15 days each time I requested a pay out and also sent message through contact form using others as the subject. The pay out process gets completed and the message that process is over and i need to wait for 7 to 10 days also appears with a button ok. agian after words the amount appears in pay out.

 

it is confusing. Kindly help. Thanks

I am in in cofusion.I can login in to account.I can see sales and payout amount.I can upload photos. But not able to submit for approval.I can see payout amount. I can request pay out. After complting the process,i can still see payout amount back in dashboard.my account is deactivated or what?

why I am not able to get payment processsed or submit phoos for approval.what is the status of my account.I had health bissues and could not regularly upload assets.The Sales are regular.Request help to find out the status of account.whom to contact. Is there a email to contact.
