Payment-Pay out issues -contact support issue

I am not able get any help from contact form usage. I tried to ask for payout 3 times (paypal) but could not get payment after completing the procss. Sent message 3 times for help using contact form and subject as others. Can i get  help. Thanks

You can only ask once, then you need to wait for the process to complete. When it is complete, but fails, the money will be credited back. You should contact PayPal in such a case to get insight what could get wrong. With that information, contact Adobe contributor support. Contributor support does not react immediately, so be patient. They are answering by e-mail, so watch your spam folder.

I have waited for 15 days each time I requested a pay out and also sent message through contact form using others as the subject. The pay out process gets completed and the message that process is over and i need to wait for 7 to 10 days also appears with a button ok. agian after words the amount appears in pay out.

 

it is confusing. Kindly help. Thanks

I do not have any assets in review. New assets i am not able to submit.

There was a long gap of time between uploading photos as i was sick.

Now i am alright and have assets to upload and submit.

As regards pay outs i tried for pay outs when accont was showing $93 and at different amounts levels since 3 months and now the amount is in hundreds.

I have waited for 10 days every time of request for payouts.

every time i request payout the process will be over and next minute amount shows again in dash board.

I dont know whether it is software problem or restrction on the account.

Kindle help.


Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your Dashboard page to direct your question to Adobe. This will create a Support Ticket in their Contributor Support system.
