Hello
Recently my photo is rejected in the review process. As per the Adobe the photo, the quality is not good as per the Adobe standard, but I have attached the highest quality photo on the site .
I need your suggestion for this situation that what needs to be done more and what photo quality is required in terms of pixels or in MBs.
I have attached my photo for your reference.
Here is the Adobe message at the time of rejecting my photo:
Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.

This picture is out of focus and has probably also other issues like noise and artefacts:
.
Even resolving all issues (which is not possible here), however, will not help you as you also have severe IP issues. You simply chant use the Ferrari logos and iconic designs.
Megapixels are no quality requirement, and it is no mark of quality pictures.

As per my response on your other post, quality isn't just file size. In this image you have chroma noise, blur, artifacts, and chromatic aberration. However, had it not been rejected for quality issues, it would have been rejected for IP violations due to the logos which are protected trademarks.
