Photo Missing From my Portfolio Dashboard

I have a photo which was posted and accepted in Adobe Stock.  The photo shows up on my Adobe Stock public site, but it does not show up on my Dashboard which comes up when i sign in.  It as well shows up on the Activity screen, and has been downloaded in the past.  I spent nearly 2 hours corresponding with an Adobe Artist Relations representative attempting to get this resolved, with no success.  I am hoping someone from Adobe can hopefully fairly easily get online and post the photo to my Dashboard.  I asked to correspond with someone apart from the person who could not address this, and they have since indicated the issue is resolved, and gone radio silent.  I have specifics on the photo ID number, etc.

Any suggestions?

Sort by date and check if the asset shows up in the correct order.

Did you contact standard Adobe customer services or the Contributor support?

Oddly, the photo shows up in sort by date, but not in sort by downloads. I
did ask the help of Adobe Contributor Support, and they are checking the
issue via the tech team. I posted here as it took some time to define the
problem with Contributor Support, who cannot directly access my Dashboard,
as confirmed in a response to this posting.

I was also thinking others may have had this problem, the reason I posted
in this Community…but apparently not. I would have thought this to be an
easy fix, not as easy as I thought.

This may be a browser caching issue. Check your Contributor Dashboard with a different browser -- latest Firefox or MS Edge.  Or try clearing your browser's data cache.

The members of this Community are not Adobe employees, so we are not able to look into your account and determine why the image is missing.
